Step 2: Keepsake Elements
Please send your precious elements (hair, fur, or ashes) to the address provided on your order confirmation.
Include a short note with your order number so we know they belong to you—this helps us keep everything safe and personal.
Step 3: Handcrafted
We carefully and skillfully create your one-of-a-kind keepsake with love and compassion.
Each piece is handcrafted by us, and any unused precious elements are returned to you.
Please allow 2–6 weeks for us to craft your special keepsake
Step 4: Delivery
All orders are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery, providing secure, fully tracked delivery.
Tracking details will be shared once your order is on its way home to you.
