WHAT CAN BE ENCASED AND HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED?
Horse Hair (2-5 strands), Pet Fur (small pinch) or Ashes (1/2 teaspoon)
We can also encase human hair and ashes
Any usused encasements will be returned
Please read our FAQ page if you are sending light coloured hair or fur (flaxen, grey, white etc)
WHERE DO I SEND MY ENCASEMENTS?
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation which will contain postage instructions for hair, ashes, fur etc.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders will take 2-6 weeks from receipt of any hair or ashes to posting. Lead time will depend on our current work load and stock availability. If you require your order for a certain date, please contact us before placing the order.
