HOW MUCH HAIR IS REQUIRED?
A pencil width of hair at least 8 inches long. Hair should be all of the same length and secured together. All unused hair will be returned.
For the heart, we can use offcuts of the hair if its the same otherwise we need: Horse Hair (2-5 strands), Fur (small pinch) or Ashes (1/2 teaspoon)
WHERE DO I SEND MY ENCASEMENTS?
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation which will contain postage instructions for hair, ashes, fur etc.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders will take 2-6 weeks from receipt of any hair or ashes to posting. Lead time will depend on our current work load and stock availability. If you require your order for a certain date, please contact us before placing the order.
